Hey, bunnies~

Last week I've been recruited to the military once again as part of an emergency operation regarding Gaza. I was just about to return to my apartment after a tiring school day, when I got this emergency phone call from my commander, telling me I have to pack my stuff and go to the south as far as I can. I had to put on my old uniform, go to the far south, to a city called Be'er Sheva, and "report from the fire field" where the Hamas sent their missiles to. Some of you may have noticed that the relations between Israel and Gaza are not so great...I saw their missiles blowing up right above me during my service, I heard the alarm and explosions all around me. It was a very interesting experience, I tell you that...
I really don't want to get into politics, but I want everyone to know that people in the southern cities of Israel got hurt, buildings have been damaged, schools had to be closed so children would not be at risk...and I'm pretty sure that if it wasn't for the 'Iron Dome' (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Dom…) which disarmed 90% of the missiles launching into Israel by the Hamas, I'd probably be dead by now.
The people in the Hamas organization are not innocent, they are not weak and obviously are NOT peace makers...I pity those innocent families living in Gaza, who have no choice but cooperate with this terror organization in order to survive. Serve the Hamas or be accused at helping Israel (=death)
The Hamas' only goal, is to destroy Israel, even if they have to send their children to blow themselves up so they could kill a few jewish people. They fire their ammo from schools, hospitals, and mosques in Gaza, and act all innocent like nothing's wrong.
I've never written anything about politics on DA, because I'm a natural clown who loves talking about funny stuff, but this time...I feared my life.
The only reason I agreed to go on that mission, was to help rescue forces getting as fast as possble to people who suffered from the Hamas missiles.

Sooooo....that's why I haven't been here for the past 8 days (if anyone even noticed XD )
Don't worry, I'm home now. I've missed 6 school days and will have to ask someone to help me catch up. 3rd year in animation is really keeping me busy...
Ok, I haven't slept in 4 days, and I'm dying to get some sleep.
Hope you're all safe and sound.

x
Gil
