I like it but there's one part where his hair kind of fades into movement and doesn't move like the rest does. you know what I mean? keep up the good work!

For practice it's not bad, but I advise adding in some secondary movement- allow the hair to react to inertia and stuff, a little bit of swoop. The bangs would need a moment to catch up with the movement of the head, even if you keep the uh... hairspikes in the back stiff. You'll be amazed at how much more natural it'll look. :D
